Code of Business Conduct and Ethics

The Smithfield¹ Code of Business Conduct and Ethics embodies our commitment to doing the right thing in all aspects of our business. Doing the right thing means acting in the best interests of those who count on us to do our jobs: our customers, our co-workers, and the public. All employees are asked to sign a statement that they have read and understand the Smithfield Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and that they will act in full compliance.

The Code of Business Conduct and Ethics is available in the following languages: English, Burmese, Czech, French, Hungarian, Karen, Nepali, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Spanish, Swahili and Vietnamese.
