As a global food company, we focus our philanthropic efforts on fighting food insecurity, advancing education and supporting the vitality of the communities we live and work in. Every year, we contribute tens of millions of dollars in cash and in-kind contributions domestically and abroad.
We're Fighting Hunger
As a global food company, feeding people is what we do. That’s why we created our Helping Hungry Homes® initiative to feed the hungry and fight food insecurity nationwide.
Since 2008, we have donated hundreds of millions of servings of protein to food banks, disaster relief efforts and community outreach programs in all 50 states across the country.
We're Furthering Education
We create pathways of opportunity for future leaders of our industry through funding educational programs, including those that support diversity, equity and inclusion and food, agriculture and natural science.
To date, we have also awarded more than $7.5 million in educational scholarships to eligible dependents of our employees.
